Okay everyone, the blog is back up and hopefully running. Take images and info, and use it. I will check in spasmodically to help and offer suggestions, but basically it returns as a resource. Thank you to all for the kind words, but really it's a time matter.
Anyway....have at it.

For ever grateful, all the best, Gerrie the Linosaurus
It's great to be of assistance, especially if the outcome is such a great reward. I'm happy! ;-)
Best regards, Juergen
Well done - it would have been sad for your blog to have disappeared especially after all your hard work and careful research. A great research tool and a testament to the passion you show for the subject. Good luck with your continued collecting.
Thanks Clive - there was just too much good stuff here for it to disappear forever.
Enjoy your free time.
Hey nice blog :)
Check out mine if you have the time. Thanks.
Clive - Thanks for all of the effort that you've put into your blog. Developing and maintaining a high-quality blog like yours was probably pretty time-consuming, especially with all of the research that you obviously did. I'm personally very grateful that you're willing to leave your blog available for all of us to revisit. Best of luck to you.
Clive, Thanks for all your years of effort. Being primarily a collector of Japanese woodblocks, your blog opened my eyes to so many European printmakers that were previously unknown to me. Your posts will be sadly missed. I wish you the greatest of success in all your endeavors. -- Peter Belsito
Thanks, Clive for your great blog and all the hard work it has taken you over the years. I have really enjoyed learning about so many great print artists through your blog and I could not have gotten this information any other way. I have particularly enjoyed the Europeans, such as Droege, Mass, Lap and the Frank brothers. Good luck.

The best art history series I've ever read or attended. Many thanks for the countless hours of enjoyment. Have you thought about a paying gig? a column for a news group, or an online course?
Gosh, Clive, I seem to have missed all the excitement. Your blog is a great resource - your enthusiasm has illuminated many forgotten corners of art history, and you have been meticulous in your research. If you no longer have the time to make new posts, no one can feel short-changed. Keep well.
I read your previous post a few days ago & have been meaning to say something, so it's nice now to find you are still continuing. I can imagine though it must be very time consuming especially with all the research involved- I even find it hard to find the time just to look at your blog as much as it deserves, let alone keep one with as much input as you give to yours!
